What I’m Seeing for Buyers and Sellers
The market isn’t moving the same in every neighborhood or property type, which makes local knowledge more important than ever. For sellers: Price strategically and be ready for buyers to compare options—doing it right can help your home stand out and sell faster.
For buyers: Preparation is everything. There’s still opportunity, especially with condos, but moving quickly and with a clear plan is key.
